One common mistake that people make is thinking that the best way to loose weight is to eat less or even skip meals. Basically it's called starvation. I too have been under this impression but with knowledge comes power. Your body actually uses food as fuel to help boost your metabolism & give you energy while burning fat. Have you every seen a thin person who seemingly eats all the time but remains thin? My husband is an example of that. He has a high metabolism and eats all throughout the day. Skipping meals (starving) tells the brain tgat your body needs to store food versus disposing it. Almost like a food reserve. So contrary to what you may think, to loose weight you must eat more.
