Water Challenge Details

The 30 Day Water Challenge is for you to commit that the only beverage you can drink for 30 days is WATER, WATER, WATER! No soda, no tea, no coffee, no juice, just water.  You don't have have to change your eating habits however I recommend you monitor what you eat during the challenge to further assist you in taking this journey to a healthier you.
