Water Challenge Details

WHATThe 30 Day Water Challenge is for you to commit that the only beverage you can drink for 30 days is WATER, WATER, WATER! No soda, no tea, no coffee, no juice, just water.  You don't have have to change your eating habits however I recommend you monitor what you eat during the challenge to further assist you in taking this journey to a healthier you.

WHEN: March 1st - March 30th.  Take before pictures and pictures throughout the 30 days to help track your progress.  Try to stay away from the scale. 

WHO:  This is open to anyone who is looking to live a healthier lifestyle.  Stay connected with weekly posts so we can encourage one another as well as be each others accountability partners.
