A Few Infused Water Ideas

As we prepare to close out the challenge, I searched for some new infused water ideas with amazing benefits.

So here are a few more tasty detox water ideas courtesy of coupon.com.  Just add the fruit and let it set for a couple of hours to allow the flavor from the fruit to infuse with the water.

Blackberry Mint Water

Blackberries are highly nutritious and rich in antioxidants and mint adds a touch of sweetness.

This is a lovely combination of lemons, strawberries, apple, mint and cinnamon that not only tastes great, but may also give you a glowing complexion.

Citrus Cucumber Detox

It cleans out your kidneys, helps with bloating, it’s great for the skin and helps detoxify any bad germies in your system. As a plus, it works great to help with your digestive system. It’s made with fresh cucumber, lemon slices, lime slices, grapefruit slices, fresh sliced ginger and fresh mint leaves.

 Strawberry Cucumber Water

Place 8 ounces stemmed and thinly sliced strawberries and 1/2 thinly sliced English cucumber in a pitcher. For still infused water, add 2 quarts of water.  Refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours.
